8 oz (227g) Flap Beef 0.5 oz (14g) Baby Spinach 0.5 oz (14g) Crumbled Feta Cheese 1/4 Cup Pecans Salt, Black Pepper Powder Vegetable Oil PREPARATIONS: 1- Pound the flap beef with mallet until well tenderized. DIRECTIONS: 1- Lay the flap beef on a working surface. 2- Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper. 3- Place a layer of the baby spinach over the beef. 4- Top with a layer of feta cheese and pecans. 5- Fold the beef over the spinach layer and seal the edges using a toothpick. 6- Sprinkle the beef with more salt and pepper. 7- Heat a grill pan and spray with vegetable oil. 8- Grill the beef on both side until well cooked.
