COLESLAW SALAD
5 oz (142g) Coleslaw 2 Carrots 4 oz (113g) Turkey Bacon 1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries 1/2 Cup Onion Salad Dressing PREPARATIONS: 1- Grate the carrots. 2- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake the turkey bacon for 15 minutes. 3- Remove the bacons from oven and place on a napkin to suck the excessive oil out. 4- Set the turkey bacons aside to cool down. 5- Cut/crumble the turkey bacons as preferred. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine coleslaw, turkey bacon, grated carrots, and dried cranberries in a large bowl. 2- Stir in half a cup of onion salad dressing and stir thoroughly.
