Chicken Wrap Recipe
1 lb (454g) Chicken Breast 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 Cup Sour Cream 2 oz (57g) Green onions 2 oz (57g) Cilantro 1 Garlic Clove 1 Avocado 2 Tsp Lemon Juice Soft Tortillas Salt, Pepper, Ground Oregano, Paprika Preparations: 1- Mince the green onions and cilantros. Directions: 1- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika and ground oregano. 2- Pour in enough water to cover the chicken breast. 3- Cover the pot and over medium heat simmer for 20 minutes. 4- Remove and dice the chicken breast. 5- Combine the chicken breast with minced green onions and cilantro in a large bowl. 6- In a separate container, Mash the avocado and stir in lemon juice and add to the chicken bowl. 7- Add cheddar cheese and sour cream to the bowl and stir thoroughly. 8- Cover a soft tortilla with the mixture and wrap as shown in video. 9- Slice the wrap and serve.
