11 oz (312 g) Chicken Drumsticks 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1 Tsp Soy Sauce 1/2 Tsp Hot Sauce 1/2 Tsp Dijon Mustard 1 Garlic Clove Pineapple (1 oz) Paprika Salt PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Melt butter and transfer to a bowl. 2- Stir soy sauce, hot sauce, dijon mustard, garlic, pineapple and paprika in the butter. 3- Dip chicken drumstick in the mixture. 4- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in a refrigerator. 5- Keep the drumstick in refrigerator over night or at least 4 hours. 6- Transfer the drumstick to a bakeware and sprinkle with salt. 7- Preheat oven to 350º (176º C), cook the drumsticks for 35 to 40 minutes.
