4 oz (113g) Unsalted Butter 1 2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar (Confectioners Sugar) 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tbsp Milk PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Whisk butter for few minutes until softened. 2- Whisk in vanilla extract, powdered sugar and milk. 3- Add more confectioners sugar (If needed) and continue whisking until the mixture becomes a creamy but not too soft. (Adjust with adding more confectioners sugar if needed). 4- Transfer the frosting to a container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. 5- Keep the frosting in a refrigerator for 2 hours (at least) or when you are ready to use.
