1 Cup Almonds 1/2 Cup Sugar 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1 Tbsp Rose Water PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Transfer sugar to a small pot. 2- Add rosewater and stir until well absorbed. 3- Heat the pot for 10 minutes over low heat while stirring. 4- Stir in the almonds. 5- Add butter and continue frying until almonds turn dark brown. 6- Spread the almonds over a nonstick working surface and allow few hours to cool down and get firm.
