Almond Biscotti
1/2 Cup Almond 1 Cup All Purpose Flour 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut 2 Eggs 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 4 Tbsp (2 oz / 57g) Unsalted Butter 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp Baking Powder Chocolate Salt Preparations: 1- Grind the almonds. Directions: 1- Combine flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt in bowl and set aside. 2- Whisk the butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, ground almonds, and shredded coconut in a large bowl. 3- Gradually stir in the flour to the bowl while whisking. 4- Grease a parchment paper over a cookie pan and roll out the batter to half inch tick. 5- Preheat oven to 350º F (177º C), bake the batter for about 25 minutes. 6- Slice the biscuits, lay them on the side and place them back into the oven and keep baking for another 10 minutes. 7- Remove the biscotti from the oven and allow to cool down. 8- Cover or dip the biscotti slices into melted chocolate.
