8 oz (227g) Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 8 oz (227g) Unsalted Butter 3 Large Eggs 1/4 Cup Milk 1/3 Cup Sugar Cocoa Powder Salt Preprations: None. Directions: 1- Combine milk, sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. 2- Heat the mixture for few minutes until the sugar is well absorbed. 3- Melt the baking chocolate. 4- Beat in butter to the melted baking chocolate. 5- Add in the milk mixture and continue whisking until well mixed. 6- Beat in the eggs one at a time. 7- Grease a pan with butter and transfer the mixture onto the pan. 8- Fill up a large pan enough water to cover the cake pan in half. 9- Preheat oven to 300º F (149º C), bake the cake for 45 minutes. 10- Remove the cake pan from the water and allow to cool down. 11- Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
