ZUCCHINI FRIES
2 Zucchinis 2 Eggs 3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour 3 Tbsp Bread Crumbs 1/2 Tsp Garlic Salt 1 Tsp Dried Parsley 1 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan Paprika PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut the zucchini in thick slices. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine bread crumbs, garlic cloves, dried parsley, paprika and shredded parmesan in a bowl. Stir until well combined. 2- In a separate bowl, beat eggs until stiff. 3- Place all purpose flour in a third bowl. 4- Dip zucchinis in the flour than egg and lastly into the bread crumbs mixture. 5- Grease a bakeware with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray and place the dipped zucchinis in it. 6- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), bake the zucchinis for 20 minutes.
