8 oz (227g) Hazelnuts 2 oz (57g) Unsweetened (100% Cacao) Chocolate Baking Bar 1/3 Cup Sugar 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 Tsp Salt Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Roast the hazelnuts for 15 minutes over 350 º (177º C). 2- Peel the skin off of the hazelnuts. 3- Grind the hazelnuts until creamy. 4- Combine the creamy hazelnuts with vanilla extract, salt, and sugar. 5- Melt the chocolate baking bar and stir into the hazelnuts.
