12 oz (340g) Strawberries 0.5 oz (14g) Green Onions 0.5 oz (14g) Cilantro 1/2 Red Onion 1/2 Orange 1/2 Lime 1 Jalapeno 1 Garlic Clove 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt, Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Dice the green onions, red onion, Jalapeno, and strawberries. 2- Mince the cilantro. Directions: 1- Combine dice green onions, red onions, jalapeno, minced cilantro, and strawberries in a large bowl. 2- Mash a garlic clove into the bowl. 3- Squeeze half of orange and lime over the mixture. 4- Add olive oil. 5- Garnish with salt and pepper. 6- Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
