SHAMI (SHAAMI) KABAB
1 lb (454g) Ground Beef 2 oz (57g) Cilantro (1 Bunch) 3 Eggs 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour 5 Lemons or 1 Cup Sour Orange Juice or Lemon Juice 1 Onion Vegetable Oil (4 tbsp) Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Powder Preparations: 1- Grate the onion. 2- Mince the cilantro. Directions: 1- Transfer grated onion to a large bowl. 2- Add ground beer, minced cilantro, eggs, flour, salt (much you'd prefer), turmeric, black pepper, and cinnamon powder. 3- Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined. 4- Make patties/shape of your choice. 5- Fry the patties with vegetable oil. 6- Transfer the patties into a large pot. 7- Add sour orange juice or fresh lemon juice over the the patties. 8- Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
