Savory Patties
1 lb. (454g) Ground Beef 2 Bunch (4 oz / 113g) Fresh Savory 2 Large Potatoes 2 Large Eggs 1 Small Onion 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric Preparations: 1- Mince the savory (leaves only). 2- Grate the onion and potatoes. Directions: 1- Place the minced savory, grated potatoes, and onions into a large bowl. 2- Add the ground beef. 3- Mash the garlic cloves to the bowl. 4- Add eggs and garnish with salt, black pepper and turmeric (as much as you would prefer). 5- Mix the ingredients until thoroughly combined. 6- Make patties any size you'd prefer. 7- Fry the patties in vegetable oil.
