ROAST BEEF SANDWICH
1 Lb (453g) Stew Beef 1 Bunch Parsley 5 Tbsp Mayonnaise Salt, Black Pepper Tomato, Pickles PREPARATIONS: 1- Mince The Parsley. 2- Boil 4 Cups of Water. DIRECTIONS: 1- Put the stew beef in a pot. 2- Add salt and black pepper (as desired) to the pot. 3- Add boiling water until it covers the beef. 4- Cover the pot with the lid and let it simmer over low heat for 120 Minutes until the beef is fully cooked. 5- Place the cooked beef in a bowl and shred the beef using forks as shown in the video. 6- Add the minced parsley to the bowl. 7- Add 4 to 5 Tbsp Mayonnaise (as desired) to the bowl and mix until thoroughly blended. 8- Ready to serve as a sandwich or a side dish.
