How to Bake Potatoes in Microwave DIRECTIONS: 1- Place the cooked potatoes in a large bowl. 2- Mash the potatoes. 3- Add salt, dried mint leaves, white pepper powder, turmeric, and garlic powder. Stir thoroughly. 4- Allow the potatoes to cool down completely before the next step. 5- Add a medium size egg to the bowl.
