1 lb (454g) Stew Beef 12 oz (340g) Spaghetti 4 oz (113g) Green Beans 2 Carrots 1 Bell Pepper 1 Onion 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Tomato Paste 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 Bay Leaves Dried Rosemary, Turmeric, Crushed Red Pepper, Dried Thyme, Salt Preparations: 1- Slice the onion, carrots, bell pepper, green beans, Directions: 1- Fry the sliced onions and garlic cloves with 2 tbsp olive oil in a slow cooker until golden. 2- Add bay leaves and garnish with dried rosemary, turmeric, crushed red pepper, and dried thyme, while stirring. 3- Stir in the beef and continue frying for 5 to 7 minutes until the beef becomes brown. 4- Add as much salt as you'd prefer. Pour in enough boiling water to cover the beef. 5- Stir in tomato paste. 6- Cover the pot and simmer for an hour. 7- Meanwhile, fry the vegetables (carrot, green beans, bell pepper) in olive oil for 5 minutes. 8- Stir in balsamic vinegar. 9- Stir in the fried vegetable to the beef mixture. 10- Cover the pot and continue to cook for an additional hour. 11- In a separate pot, pour in water and 2 tbsp salt, stirring. 12- Bring the water to a boil. 13- Add the spaghetti and boil for 9 minutes or so until tender. 14- Serve the spaghetti with the beef ragu.
