Pickled Garlic
8 oz (227g) Garlics Balsamic Vinegar (Approx. 1 to 2 cups) 1 Tbsp Molasses 1 Tbsp Tamarind Paste Preparations: 1- Peel and wash the garlics. Directions: 1- Place the garlics in a saucepan. 2- Pour in enough balsamic vinegar until covers all of the garlics. 3- Stir in molasses and tamarind paste. 4- Boil the garlics for 10 to 15 minutes. 5- Turn off the stove and allow the to cool down. 7- Transfer the garlics along with the balsamic mixture to a pickle container. 8- Close and seal the lid tight. 9- Marinate for a month.
