PASTRY CREAM
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour 3 Eggs 3 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Corn Starch 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1 Cup Milk (half & half) PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1-Beat eggs until stiff. 2- Add sugar and whisk until well mixed. 3- Add a cup of milk to the mixture and continue whisking until well combined. 4- Add flour and a tbsp of corn starch to the mixture and continue whisking. 5- Heat the mixture over medium heat, Keep stirring while heating. 6- Bring the mixture to a boil or just starts to thicken. 7- Turn off the heat, allow the cream to cool down. 8- Cover the cream with a lid or plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator.
