"Pomegranate Sweet"
2 Pomegranate 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1/4 Cup Sugar 2 Tbsp Corn Starch Vegetable Oil PREPARATIONS: 1- Seed the pomegranates. DIRECTIONS: 1- Using a grinder, grind and blend pomegranate seeds with short bursts. 2- Strain the mixture to get a fresh and pure pomegranate juice. 3- Transfer the pomegranate juice to a small pot, add corn starch and stir until well mixed. 4- Heat the pot over medium heat for 10 minutes. NOTE: Keep stirring though out the heating process. 5- When the mixture is thick, add sugar and butter and 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds while stirring. 6- Continue stirring until butter is dissolved completely. 7- Turn the heat off. 8- Immediately grease a small container (of your choice) with vegetable oil and transfer the pomegranate mixture to the container before it cools down. 9- Allow the mixture to cool down thoroughly.
