Lobster Tail 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 2 Garlic Cloves Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Melt the butter in a saucepan. 2- Mash the garlic cloves. Fry for a minute. 3- Cut the top side of the lobster shell. 4- Pull the shells apart. 5- Pour the melted butter over the lobster meat. (keep a tablespoon for the last step) 6- Garish with salt, pepper and paprika. 7- Preheat oven and broil the lobster for 6 to 10 minutes. 8- Add the remaining butter mixture over the lobster.
