1.5 lb (680g) Lamb Rib (Rack) 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp Ketchup 1 Tsp Cider Vinegar 2 Tsp Olive Oil Hot Sauce Paprika, Salt, Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Clean the ribs and remove the membrane. 2- Grind the mustard seeds. Directions: MARINADE: 1- Combine ground mustard seeds, brown sugar, paprika, salt and black pepper in a container. 2- Mash two fresh garlic cloves and stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, olive oil, cider vinegar and hot sauce. 3- Cover a bakeware with aluminum foil and transfer the ribs into the bakeware. 4- Rub the marinade over the lamb ribs on both side. 5- Cover and seal the bakeware with aluminum foil. 6- Keep the lamb ribs in refrigerator for 2 hours to marinade. 7- Preheat oven to 325º F (163º C), Cook the ribs for 2 hours. 8- Uncover the ribs and continue to grill for 30 more minutes.
