Homemade Yogurt
1 Gallon (3.7 Liter) Whole Milk 1 Cup Plain Yogurt Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Bring the milk to a boil over medium heat. 2- Turn off the heat and allow the milk to cool down to about 110º F (43º C). 3- Gradually stir in plain yogurt to the milk. 4- Cover the container with a dishcloth. 5- Set aside for 3 to 4 hours in room temperature. 6- Remove the cloth and cover the container with a lid. 7- Keep the yogurt in refrigerator for 12 hours.
