GARLIC DIP
1 Whole Garlic 2 Tsp Onion Flakes 2 Tsp Sour Cream 2 Tsp Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Dried Basil PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut off the garlic's top and peel the outer layers until it reaches to the last layer. DIRECTIONS: 1- Transfer the garlic to a aluminum foil. 2- Add olive oil, salt, pepper and dried basil. 3- Wrap and seal the foil around the garlic. 4- Preheat oven to 400º F (204º C), roast garlic for 30 minutes. 5- Remove the garlics and allow to seat for few minutes until they cool down. 6- Transfer the garlic cloves to a bowl. 7- Mash the garlic using a fork. 8- Add onion flakes, sour cream, and mayonnaise and stir thoroughly.
