CUCUMBER SALAD
1 Cucumber 1/4 Bunch Cilantro (0.5 oz / 14g) 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander Seed Salt, Sugar, Crushed Chili Pepper Preparations: 1- Slice the cucumber. 2- Grind the coriander seeds. 3- Mince the cilantro. Directions: SAUCE: 1- Combine rice vinegar, olive oil, salt, sugar, crushed chili pepper, coriander seed. 2- Stir the sauce thoroughly until all the ingredients are well mixed. 3- Transfer the sliced cucumbers to a large bowl. 4- Stir in minced cilantro. 5- Pour the sauce on top and stir thoroughly. Serve the salad cold.
