DIRECTIONS: 1- Roll out puff pastry dough into 2 x 1 ft rectangle. 2- Cut the dough in triangular shapes. 3- Place a piece of chocolate bar on the dough and roll the dough around the chocolate. 4- Beat one egg and brush the surface of the croissants . 5- Preheat the oven to 375º F (190º C) and bake the croissants for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
