Cranberry Salad
1 Large (12 oz / 340g) Green Apple 12 oz (340g) Fresh Cranberries 1 Mandarin 2 oz (57g) Walnuts 3 oz (85g) Raspberry Jello 1/2 Cup (4 oz / 113g) Sugar Preparations: 1- Peel and slice the apple. 2- Grind the cranberries. 3- Grind the walnuts. Directions: 1- Transfer the diced apple onto a large bowl. 2- Stir in the cranberries, walnuts, and sugar. 3- Squeeze a fresh mandarin onto the mixture. Stirring thoroughly. 4- In a separate bowl, combine the jello with boiling water. Continue stirring until well absorbed. 5- Stir in the jello mixture to the apple mixture. 6- Keep the salad in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
