CHRISTMAS BARK CANDY
2 Green Peppermint Candies (0.5 oz /14g each) 2 Blue Peppermint Candies (0.5 oz /14g each) 0.5 oz (14g) Almonds 3.5 oz (100g) Dark Chocolate Chips 3.5 oz (100g) White Chocolate Chips PREPARATIONS: 1- Grind the peppermint candies. 2- Slice the almonds. DIRECTIONS: DARK CHOCOLATE 1- Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwaveable decorating bag or a container. 2- Heat the bag in a microwave for couple of minutes until melted. 3- Pour half of the melted chocolate into a greased cookie mold/cutter (preferably a christmas tree shape). 4- Cover with a layer of slice almonds followed by half of the fine ground green peppermint candies. 5- Top with the rest of the melted chocolate. 6- Garnish with ground peppermint candies. WHITE CHOCOLATE 7- Melt white chocolate chips in microwave in a microwaveable decorating bag or a container. 8- Pour half of the blue peppermint into the bag and mix thoroughly. 9- Transfer half of it to a greased cookie mold/cutter (preferably a snow flake shape). 10- Arrange sliced almonds over the layer of the chocolate. 11- Cover with the rest of the chocolate and garnish with blue peppermint candies. 12- Refrigerate the chocolates for half an hour. 13- Remove the cutters.
