1 lb (454g) Chicken Breast 5 Stalks Celery 2 Carrots 3 Small Potatoes 1 Small Onion 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil 3 Garlic Cloves Salt, Turmeric, Dried Rosemary, Crushed Bay Leaves Preparations: 1- Slice the onion, carrots, and celery. 2- Slice the chicken breast. Directions: 1- Fry the onions with vegetable oil until golden. 2- Stir in garlic cloves. 3- Garnish with turmeric and continue frying for couple of more minutes. 4- Stir in carrots and celery. 5- Add chicken breast and over medium-low continue frying for 5 minutes. 6- Garnish with dried rosemary and crushed bay leaves. 7- Pour in water, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes. (medium-low heat) 8- Stir in the sliced potatoes. 9- Add as much as salt you'd prefer. 10- Cover the pot (leave a crack open for steam to escape). 11- Simmer the stew for 10 more minutes.
