BEET GARNISH
YOU'LL NEED: Beet U-Shaped Garnishing Tool Paring Knife HOW TO GARNISH A SMALL BEET: A simple and easy way to garnish a small beet. Cut the root and stalk and peel the skin of the beet. Make a row of cuts half inch through the beet's surface with a U shaped garnishing tool in 20 degree angle. Using a paring knife, just under the row, cut around the beet (quarter inch) and dig out the layer beneath the U cuts. Repeat the steps to make as much as rows possible.
