
BEEF FAJITAS
1 lb (454g) Beef (Skirt Steak)
1.4 oz (40g) Cilantro (1/2 Bunch)
1 Onion
3 Green Onions
1 Garlic Clove
1 Jalapeño
2 Bell Peppers
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Lime
Black Cardamom, Cumin, Salt
Tortilla
Salsa
Guacamole
PREPARATIONS:
1- Slice the onion and the bell peppers.
2- Slice the beef (fajitas).
DIRECTIONS:
1- MARINADE: 1- Using a blender, blend green onions, garlic clove, Jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, and worcestershire sauce.
2- Squeeze a half of lime and add some salt, black cardamom, cumin, and stir thoroughly.
3- Marinate the beef for at least 2 hours in a refrigerator.
4- Fry the sliced onions and bell peppers in vegetable oil until caramelized.
5- Squeeze half of lemon juice to the caramelized onions and bell peppers.
6- Grill the beef on both side and add to the fried onion's pan and continue frying for few more minutes.
7- Transfer a tablespoon or two of fajitas to a tortilla.
8- Top with salsa and guacamole and wrap the tortilla.
9- Serve the fajitas with sour cream.
