1 Tsp Coriander Seeds 1/2 Tsp Ground Chili Pepper 1/2 Tsp Black Cardamom 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp Angelica Ground 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Turmeric PREPARATIONS: 1- Separate cardamom seeds from the skin. DIRECTIONS: 1- Grind coriander seeds and ground chili pepper in a grinder. 2- Add cardamom seeds and continue grinding. 3- Add black pepper powder, angelica ground, garlic powder, ground cinnamon, turmeric, and keep grinding until all the ingredients are well combined and powdered. 4- Sifter the seasoning.
