
Truffle Chocolate
1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1.5 Cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 20g Cocoa Powder Preparations: None. Directions: 1- Heat the heavy whipping cream until it just starts to boil. (Do not boil). 2- Turn off the heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips. 3- Continue stirring until the chocolate is well mixed into the cream. 4- Allow the mixture to cool down. 5- Cover with the plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator at least for 4 hours. 6- Using an ice cream scoop, take a scoop of the hardened chocolate and shape into a ball. 7- Coat with cocoa powder.
