THIN PIZZA DOUGH
2 Cups All Purpose Flour 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 Tsp Yeast 1 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Vinegar 1 Tsp Honey 1 Cup Ice cold water Wheat Bran PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Combine yeast and vinegar in a small container, stir and set aside for 10 minutes. 2- In a big bowl, combine flour, salt, olive oil and stir. 3- Add a tsp of honey to the yeast mixture and add mixture to the flour bowl. 4- Add a cup of ice cold water to the bowl and stir well. 5- Knead the dough for 7 minutes on a floured working surface, add more flour (tbsp at a time) if too sticky. 6- Drip few drops of olive oil into the bowl. Transfer the dough back to the bowl and grease with few more drops of olive oil. 7- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and rest for 45 minutes. (the dough will rise just a bit. it will not rise as much as regular dough). When ready to roll out, roll out the dough over wheat bran.
