SWEET POTATO

"YUMMY POTATO"

2 Sweet Potatoes 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- Cross cut the potatoes half way through. DIRECTIONS: 1- Heat butter over medium heat in a small pot until melted. 2- Turn off the heat, add olive oil and ground cinnamon. Stir until well mixed. 3- Take a bakeware and cover with aluminum foil, and transfer the potatoes to the pot. 4- Pour the butter mixture on top of the potatoes, use a brush to spread the butter over the potatoes evenly. 5- Add salt as much as you prefer, cover and seal the pot with aluminum foil. 6- Preheat oven to 350º F (176º C), bake the potatoes for 90 minutes.
