1 3/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1/4 Cup Baking Soda 1 Egg 1/2 Tsp Instant Yeast 1/2 Tsp Salt Preparations: 1- Preheat 3/4 Cup water to (120º F / 49º C). 2- Soften the unsalted butter. Direction: 1- Combine flour, instant yeast, and salt. 2- Add unsalted butter. 3- While whisking, gradually add warm water. 4- Knead the dough for 10 minutes. 5- Divide the dough into small 2 oz (57g) balls. 6- Place the dough balls onto a parchment paper over a cookie pan. 7- Cover the dough with plastic or clothe and allow to rise for 1 hour. 8- Fill half of a large pot with water. 9- Bring the water to a boil. 10- Gradually, Stir in baking soda. 11- Drop the risen dough balls in the water and boil each side for 30 seconds. 13- Place the rolls back on the cookie pan. 13- Beat an egg in a separate container. Brush the pretzel rolls with egg wash. 14- Cut through the surface of the rolls with a knife (bread knife). 15- Preheat oven to 425º F (218º C), Bake the pretzel rolls for 18 minutes.
