PEPPER GARNISH
YOU'LL NEED: Bell Pepper Or Jalapeño Pepper V-Shaped Garnishing Tool Cold Water HOW TO GARNISH A PEPPER: A very simple and easy way to garnish a small bell pepper or a jalapeño pepper. Use a V-shaped garnishing tool to cut half inch through the pepper's surface in 20 degree angle. You can also use a paring knife to make V shaped cuts. Make the cuts less than a quarter of an inch apart. Make another row of cuts beneath and in between the upper row and repeat the process to the end. Fill up a small bowl with cold water and place the pepper in it. Soak the pepper until a desired shaped is reached. If you prefer to keep it over night, it's best to keep the bowl in a refrigerator.
