PANNA COTTA
"Coffee"
1 Cup (4 oz) Milk 1 1/4 Tsp (5.25 ml) Unflavored Gelatin 1 Cup (240 ml) Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 Cup (60 ml) Sugar 1/8 Tsp Vanilla Powder 1/3 Cup (80 ml) Espresso Coffee Chocolate Syrup Chocolate Sprinkles PREPARATIONS: None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Transfer half of the milk to a saucepan. 2- Add unflavored gelatin to the remaining, stir thoroughly and set aside. 3- Pour in heavy whipping cream to the saucepan. 4- Stir in sugar, vanilla powder and espresso coffee. 5- Over medium heat, bring the milk just to simmer while stirring (about 2 to 3 minutes). 6- Stir in the milk and gelatin mixture and stir to mix. 7- Continue the heat for 2 to 3 minutes more. 8- Turn the heat and allow few minutes to cool down. 9- Sift the mixture and transfer to container of your choice. 10- Allow few more minutes to cool down. 11- Place the panna cottas in refrigerator and keep overnight or at least 6 hours. 12- Add coffee syrup and chocolate sprinkles on top.
