ORZO SALAD

8 oz (227 g) Orzo 3 oz (85 g) Black Olive 1 Cup Spinach Pesto Sauce Spinach Pesto Sauce 3 oz (85 g) Feta Cheese 1/2 Bell Pepper 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt (Approx. 1 tbsp) PREPARATIONS: 1- Cut the olives in half. 2- Dice the bell pepper. DIRECTIONS: 1- Drizzle some salt into a pot. 2- Pour a tablespoon olive oil into the pot. 3- Add just enough boiling water that would cover the orzo, stir well. 4- Bring the water to a boil. 5- Add orzo to the pot, stir. 6- Simmer for about 7 to 10 minutes or until orzo is tender. 7- Drain orzo in a colander. 8- Rinse with cold water. 9- Transfer orzo into a bowl. 10- Add olives and bell pepper. 11- Add pesto and feta cheese to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
