Orzo Chicken

3 lbs (1.3kg) Skinless Chicken Thighs 8 oz (227g) Orzo Pasta 14 oz (396g) Tomatoes (fresh or canned) 8 oz (227g) Tomato Paste 1 Bell Pepper 1 Small Onion 3 Garlic Cloves Rosemary 2 - 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Lime Salt, Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Dice the onion and potatoes. 2- Slice the bell pepper. Directions: 1- Fry the onions and garlic cloves until golden with olive oil. 2- Stir in chicken thighs and fry both sides. 3- Garnish with as much as salt and pepper your prefer. 4- Add the bell pepper and rosemary on top. 5- Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste. 6- Pour in one cup of water. 7- Cover the pod with a lid and simmer for 45 minutes over medium heat or until the chicken is well cooked. 9- Stir in orzo pasta and squeeze a fresh lime on top. 10- Continue boiling for another 15 minutes.
