Orange Chicken Stew
3 Large Oranges 8 oz (227g) Chicken Breast 1 Small Onion Turmeric Salt, Black Pepper Vegetable Oil Preprations: 1- Dice the onion. 2- Chop the chicken breast. 3- Peel and slice the orange skin. 4- Juice the oranges Directions: 1- Fry the onions with vegetable oil until golden. 2- Stir in the chicken breast, turmeric, salt and pepper (as much as you prefer). 3- Fry the chicken breast 5 minutes each sides. 4- Stir in the orange juice. 5- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat. 6- Stir in the orange skin. Cover the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
