Mushroom Chicken
1.5 lb (680g) Chicken Breast 10 oz (283g) Mushrooms 2 Cups Chicken Broth 0.5 oz (14g) Green Onions 1 Fresh Lemon 1 Tsp Soy Sauce 1/4 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp Chipotle Sauce 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour 1 Onion 2 Garlic Cloves 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Dried Basil, Oregano Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Turmeric 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Preparations: 1- Dice the green onions. 2- Dice the onion. 3- Slice the mushrooms. Directions: 1- Combine flour (1/3 cup) with paprika, dried basil, oregano and salt. 2- Dredge the chicken. (Coat with the flour mixture and fry with olive oil). 3- In a separate pot, fry the diced onions with butter until golden. 4- Mash garlic cloves into the pot. 5- Garnish with turmeric. 6- Stir in flour and sliced mushrooms. 7- Garnish with salt and pepper. 8- Add the green onions and turn of the heat. 9- In a separate container, squeeze a fresh lemon into the container and add the chicken broth. 10- Stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chipotle sauce. 11- Transfer the fried chickens to another larger pot. 12- Add the mushroom mixture over the chicken breasts. 13- Add the chicken broth mixture. 14- Over medium heat, simmer for 25 minutes.
