Sugar Ground Cinnamon Preprations: None. Directions: 1- Sprinkle a working surface with sugar and ground cinnamon. 2- Lay small sheets of puff pastry dough over the working surface. 3- Using a rolling pin, Press down the puff pastry sheets over the sugar and cinnamon powder. 4- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the puff pastry sheets and repeat step 3. 5- Fold the sheets over as shown in the video. 6- Cut the folded pastry sheets in 1 to 2 inch. 7- Transfer the orejas over a cookie pan covered with parchment paper. 8- Using a spoon, Press down on each orejas to somewhat flat out the dough. 9- Preheat oven 450º F (232º C), bake the orejas for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
