LOAF BREAD WITH CHEESE
Mini Italian Loaf Bread 2 oz (57g) Mozzarella Cheese 2 oz (57g) Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Cheese 1 oz (28g) Cheddar Cheese 0.5 oz (14g) Parmesan Cheese (Freshly Shredded) 1/4 Bunch (0.5 oz / 14g) Green Onions 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard 2 Garlic Cloves 3 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt, Dried Rosemary, Crushed Chili Pepper PREPARATIONS: 1- Make diagonal cuts into the bread (inch apart) leaving a bottom one inch intact. 2- Mince the green onions. DIRECTIONS: SUACE: 1- Mash two fresh garlic cloves. 2- Stir in dijon mustard, dried rosemary, crushed chili pepper, salt, and olive oil. CHEESE MIXTURE: 3- Combine mozzarella cheese, Monterey jack with jalapeno cheese, and cheddar cheese in a separate container. BREAD: 4- Place the bread over a large aluminum foil. 5- Stuff the sauce and the cheese mixture down into the cracks. 6- Garnish the bread with minced green onions and top with freshly shredded parmesan cheese. 7- Wrap the aluminum foil around the bread. 8- Preheat oven to 350º F (177ºC), bake the bread for 15 minutes. 9- Open the aluminum foil and continue baking for 5 to 7 more minutes.
