3 Eggs 1/4 Cup Milk 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Salt PREPARATIONS: 1- None. DIRECTIONS: 1- Beat eggs until stiff. 2- Add salt as preferred. 3- Add milk and whisk until well mixed. 4- Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and transfer the mixture into the pan. 5- Fry the mixture over medium heat, flip when hardened.
