2 oz (57g) Ginger 1 lb (453g) Carrots 20 fl oz (591ml) Chicken Broth 1 Onion Olive Oil Salt Preparations: 1- Dice the onion. 2- Chop the ginger and carrots. Directions: 1- Fry the onions with olive oil until golden. 2- Stir in the ginger and carrots, add salt and fry along for 5 minutes. 3- Pour in the chicken broth. 4- Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes over medium-low heat. 5- Mash all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
