DIRECTIONS: 1- Place all the ingredients ( Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Ginger Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg) in grinder. 2- Grind the ingredients.
