
Farfalle Grapes Salad
8 oz (227g) Farfalle Pasta 8 oz (227g) Seedless Grapes 12 oz (340g) Broccoli 1 Small Onion 2 oz (57g) Walnuts 4 oz (113g) Sour Cream 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 1 Tsp Sugar Salt, Black Pepper Preparations: 1- Slice the grapes and broccoli. 2- Dice the onion. 3- Slice the walnuts. Directions: 1- Combine the farfalle, water and 1 tbsp salt in a pot and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. (follow your farfalle package directions). 2- Drain the farfalle and rinse with cold water. 3- Transfer the farfalle onto a large bowl. 5- Stir in the slice grapes, broccoli, onion, and walnuts. SAUCE 6- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. 7- Stir as much as sauce you would prefer into the salad and serve.
