1 lb (454g) Salmon 1.5 oz (43g) Green Onions 1 oz (28g) Dill 0.5 oz (14g) Italian Parsley Olive Oil 1 Lemon Salt, Black Pepper Preprations: 1- Chop the green onions. 2- Mince the dill and Italian parsley. Directions: 1- Cover a pan with aluminum foil and grease with olive oil. 2- Lay the salmon over the pan. 3- Garnish with as much as salt and pepper you would prefer. 4- In a separate bowl, combine the green onions, dill, and parsley. 5- Add few table spoon of olive oil as you prefer. 6- Squeeze half or a whole lemon on top. 7- Stir thoroughly. 8- Cover the salmon with the herb mixture. 9- Preheat oven to 450º F (232 C), Broil the salmon for 15 minutes.
