CRISPY CHICKEN
30 oz (850g) Boneless Chicken Thighs 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour 1/4 Cup Milk 2 Eggs 0.7 oz (20g) Ginger 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Ground Chili Pepper, Oregano, Salt, Turmeric, Red Chili Powder PREPARATIONS: 1- Peel the ginger. DIRECTIONS: 1- Transfer the chicken thighs to a bowl. 2- Add ground chili pepper, oregano, and salt to the chicken. 3- Mince a fresh ginger root on top. 4- Mix the ingredient thoroughly. 5- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap. 6- Keep the chicken thighs in a refrigerator for two hours. 7- In a separate bowl, crack two eggs and whisk until stiff. 8- Pour in milk and continue whisking until well combined. 9- In a third container, Mix flour, turmeric and red chili powder. 10- Remove the chicken from refrigerator. 11- Dip the chicken thighs in the egg mixture than dip it in the flour. 12- Repeat previous step twice for each chicken thigh. 13- Deep fry the chicken thighs in vegetable oil. (fry each side for 7 to 10 minutes). 14- Place the fried chicken on a napkin to dry out the excessive oil.
