Chewy Jello
3 oz (85g) Raspberry Jello Powder 0.75 oz (21g) Unflavored Gelatin 1/2 Tsp Citric Acid Powder 1/2 Cup Sugar Preparations: 1- Keep the silicone bakeware mold (of your choice) in freezer for at least 30 minutes prior to this recipe. Direction: 1- Pour 1/3 cup of water in a container. 2- While stirring, gradually add the unflavored gelatin. 3- Stir in the jello powder gradually. 4- Add the citric acid powder and stir until well mixed. 5- Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and set aside for 10 minutes. 6- Bring water to a boil in a pot. 7- Place the jello mixture container into the boiling water. 8- Keep stirring the jello until the mixture is melted thoroughly. 9- Remove the container and allow to cool down for 2 minutes before the mixture gets firm again. (if anytime during this process the mixture becomes firm, place the container back into the boiling water to melt down). 10- Remove the mold from the freezer and fill up with the mixture. 11- Refrigerate the mold for 30 minutes. 12- Dip/cover the jello with sugar.
